Unplanned was the topic of radio interviews, book store presentations and newspaper articles in Britain (Daily Mail and Daily Mirror) and in California (the Independent Journal) when it was first published in 2014 as An Unplanned Encounter. The second edition is essentially the same story, focused on parenting rather than abortion and adoption, and features the life of an incredibly courageous woman who gave life to the author. He only discovered this shocking story during his mid-60s as he researched his ancestry.
